This Panamanian dish tastes like God’s meal and is not only easy to prepare but also healthy! It must be all the eggs, apples, carrots, peas and other veggies that go into the making. The meal is complete with a glass of fine wine and is a sure way to enchant someone’s taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 large carrots
- 5 pickels
- 1 apple
- 3 eggs
- 6 sprigs of chives
- 6 slices of smoked ham
- 1 small can of sweet peas
- 2 tablespoon of table cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 lemon

Directions:
First, wash the potatoes and carrots, and then boil them for 20 minutes. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
Cut the pickles, the chives and the previously washed apple into small squares.
Once the eggs and vegetables are ready, let them cool. When cooled, peel them and cut into small squares. Add the cup of mayonnaise, the teaspoon of mustard, and the 2 tablespoons of table cream into a bowl and mix well.
Then add the potatoes, carrots, eggs and all the other ingredients, and the can of sweet peas into a large bowl. Add the pepper, salt and cream, and mix well. Finally, add the juice of the half lemon.
Your salad is ready!
