Directions:

Extract the corn and liquefy it little by little. Once ready, add 1/3 cup of cornflour, 4 tablespoons of milk, a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of sugar to taste and mix well.

Add oil to a frying pan, and when it gets very hot, add a spoonful of corn to the oil. When it is golden on both sides, it is ready. Drain on paper towels.

Note: If the corn dough is too watery, add more cornflour. If it is too thick, add put more milk. If you strain the liquid from the corn, out it aside so you can add it when necessary.

Enjoy!
