Directions:
Wash the two fillets very well, cut them into pieces, season with a teaspoon of salt and pepper and put them in the fridge.
Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and then into medium squares.
In a pan, place the olive or vegetable oil and fry half the onion and half the garlic for a few minutes. Then add some pieces of the fish and fry for 5 minutes. Next, add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes. Once ready, put out of the fire and set the pan aside.
In a pot, add 5 cups of water, half the onion and garlic, the sweet peppers, culantro and tomato, and let cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add the broth to the pot, stir well, and cook for another 20 minutes. Then add the vegetables and the other teaspoon of salt.
Once the vegetables are a little soft, add the rest of the fish, stir, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. And that’s it!
Enjoy!
