Directions:

In a pan, pour the olive oil. Once it is hot, over medium heat, sauté the garlic without browning, and add the bag of mixed seafood to sauté. Add the teaspoons of pepper and salt to taste, and after about 3 minutes, add the shrimp and stir.

Then add the chopped onion, cilantro, chives, paprika, tomato, and stir. Next, add the cup of rice and stir, then add 4 cups of water and stir. Next, add the envelope of Goya seasoning, the teaspoon of oregano, the bay leaf, the spoon of oyster sauce, salt to taste, and to cook for 15 minutes until the rice opens. Now, the broth is ready.

Note: If you wish, accompany the Seafood Gaucho with a tomato and onion stir fry, with the tabasco of your preference.

Enjoy!

Stir fry recipe: Cut the onion julienne style and the tomato into cubes. Sauté the onion in olive oil until it crystallizes and then add the tomato. Cook until the tomato melts, then add a tablespoon of sauce, and cook for a few minutes. You can add it to your Seafood Guacho.
