You cannot send larger packages by bus, so what are your options? I tried hiring an independent contractor, but no luck there – they never showed up to pick up my stuff. Of course, you can rent a car and drive the package yourself, but what if you don’t have the time or the desire to plan and execute a whole trip like this?
Luckily, I found Fletes Chavale, and you can use them too! Their prices are reasonable, and they have convenient locations in the following places:
Boquete, Volcan, Bugaba, David, Santiago, Aguadulce, Penonomé, and few in Panama City.

Their office hours vary from location to location, so you need to check their website, but all of them are open between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.

They charge me 100 USD to move my steel angles from David to Penonome, however, I could get those angles delivered to Panama City for this price if I would prefer to. My merchandise arrived in perfect condition and on time, as promised.

I was so happy that I found this company because I had attempted to use other companies before, never with successful results. Fletes Chavale really came through for me!
As a side note, I would like to add that unfortunately, Fletes Chavales website is available in Spanish only, but it uses a very basic language so I’m sure most people can understand it. And if not? I would use a Google Translate tool from Spanish to English.
But who cares about the language detail – my stuff was where I needed it to be!!!
