What this site is
Panama Tropic is a personal site with Panamanian recipes, travel guides to Panama and practical travel tips. Everything here is shared for general information. It isn’t professional travel, legal, medical, nutrition or safety advice. Please read our Disclaimer before you rely on anything from this site. We don’t sell products or services on this site.
Using our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, recipes, photos and videos on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to:
- read, cook from and share links to anything here;
- print a recipe for your own personal use;
- pin our images to Pinterest or share our posts on social media with a link back to the original page;
- quote a short part of a post with a link back to the original page.
Please don’t copy whole posts, recipes or photos to another website, book or social media account, don’t remove our credit from them, and don’t use them commercially without our written permission. If you’d like to use something in a way not covered here, just ask us.
Your conduct
When you use the site, the newsletter, the comments or the contact form, please don’t send spam, malware or anything illegal, abusive or that infringes someone else’s rights.
